**LIMITED LICENSE AGREEMENT**

By proceeding with this transaction and **by checking this box**, you, the Subscriber (“Licensee”),
agree to the following terms and conditions with Raymond Kinman and WoodcarverGuru, Inc
(“Licensor”):

1. **GRANT OF LICENSE**

1.1. Subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein, Licensor grants to Subscriber a non-
exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to access and view the instructional video titled “Raw to
Radiant” “Color and Finishing Techniques for Everyone” (“Video”) and the 3D CNC model (“Model”) for
the Subscriber’s own personal use only.
1.2. This license does not grant the Subscriber any rights to reproduce, distribute, publicly display,
modify, adapt, or create derivative works from the Video or the Model.

2. **RESTRICTIONS**

2.1. The Video and the Model may not be used for any commercial purpose, including, but not
limited to, distribution for pro;t, public screening, or any other public display.
2.2. The Subscriber may not distribute, share, lease, or lend the Video or the Model to any third
party, whether for commercial or personal use.
2.3. The Subscriber may not modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the Video or
the Model.

3. **OWNERSHIP**

The Video and the Model are protected by copyright law and remain the exclusive property of the
Licensor. Nothing in this Agreement constitutes a transfer of any intellectual property rights from the
Licensor to the Subscriber.

4. **TERM**

This license is granted for the lifetime of the Subscriber. However, the Licensor retains the right to
revoke this license in case of a breach of this Agreement by the Subscriber.

5. **TERMINATION**

The Licensor reserves the right to terminate this license without notice if the Subscriber breaches
any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, the Subscriber shall cease all use of the Video and the
Model and, at the discretion of the Licensor, return or destroy any copies thereof.

6. **DISCLAIMER**

The Video and the Model are provided “as is”, without any warranty of any kind. The Licensor does
not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of the Video or the Model.

7. **GOVERNING LAW**

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United
States and International Juristictions .

8. **ENTIRE AGREEMENT**

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to its subject
matter and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, negotiations, and discussions, whether
oral or written.
